I love this treat! Really yummy for a desserty meal.
Serves 1
1 protein portion greek 0% yogurt
1 carbohydrate portion banana
1 fat portion peanut butter
a drizzle of agave nectar
Put it in a bowl! Eat it! It is a surprisingly good combination.
Also good as a smoothie. Just be sure to scrape all the stuff out of the blender first (don't want to miss any of that PB goodness). Add just a few pieces of frozen pineapple to make it even yummier.
